Eligibility for Replacement:
- Products can be replaced only if they are received in a defective or damaged condition.
- Requests for replacement must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Process for Replacement:

- Once approved, the defective item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Replacement shipping will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
Non-Eligibility:
- Replacement is not applicable for items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Products marked as non-replaceable during purchase are not eligible.
Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
