Replacement Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Replacement:

    • Products can be replaced only if they are received in a defective or damaged condition.
    • Requests for replacement must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Process for Replacement:

    • Once approved, the defective item must be returned in its original packaging.
    • Replacement shipping will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
  3. Non-Eligibility:

    • Replacement is not applicable for items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
    • Products marked as non-replaceable during purchase are not eligible.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  2. Refund for Canceled Orders:

    • If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days.
  3. Non-Eligibility for Cancellation:
